OUTBREAK!

It was a bit of a struggle getting Keegan's costume on him this year. We did a dress rehearsal earlier in the afternoon so I could take him over to Matt's office and he really had no interest whatsoever in putting on the monkey suit. I even tried to bribe him with one of his favorite snacks, to no avail. But after a few tears and about 30 minutes, I was finally able to get the costume on him!

On Halloween night, our friends Doug & Peter were gracious hosts and let us borrow their neighborhood for some trick or treatin' with our adoption group. Sylvie & Etienne were dressed up as Smurfs, Lily was a spider, and Henry came as Yoda. Keegan wasn't quite sure why we were knocking on strangers' doors, but he got the hang of saying "twick or tweet" and "tank you".
It was a lot of fun watching all the kids together!
(The kids last year - can you believe how much they've grown?)

And it was especially fun for Matt to play the role of CDC Agent walking around asking everyone "Have you been in contact with this monkey?"

Being Attacked by the Monkey!

At the end of a great night, and after a bite of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup!
Dang! Our babies are cute!
