We had a relaxing Easter weekend coloring eggs and going on Keegan's very first egg hunt. After Mass on Sunday, the three of us enjoyed a yummy brunch at home and then the guys went through their baskets to see what the Easter bunny brought.
We drove up to Indy in the afternoon to visit with Uncle Buster & Aunt Julie from Virginia and Uncle Scott, Aunt Steph and great grandma Lois. Before we headed to Indy, we hunted for eggs in our backyard.
Keegan was a little confused when we took him out back, handed him a basket and encouraged him to "Find the eggs, Keegan!" We pointed out the first two eggs to him, but after that, he caught on quickly. It was a lot of fun watching his excitement at finding an egg and running to us to help him open it so that he could see what the surprise was inside.
The Easter bunny was on a semi-healthy kick this year stuffing each egg with treats like a Cutie tangerine, bunny graham crackers, and Life cereal. Despite Matt poking fun at what the Easter bunny put in each egg, Keegan enjoyed opening up each egg surprise and sampling the goodies packed inside before looking for the next egg.

Great pictures. Love the green Crocks! Looks like you colored some real eggs too.
